What is Eng Manager Camp?

This weekend long workshop is the first in a series of workshops for Engineering Managers and aspiring Engineering Managers to develop their skills and understanding around some of what we think are the hardest parts of engineering leadership. This workshop will focus on people & conversations: how to effectively mange up, manage out, and manage in. With an emphasis on creating psychologically safe environments and performant teams that deliver results. This is not a theory class. We will be sharing real-world tactics, practice the hard conversations together, and walk away with tools and techniques that they can be used immediately on Monday.
